Last week, we at Trixder Group had the honour of welcoming Trixie's European sales network to our premises, in what turned out to be a memorable visit for both our guests and the whole team. From the very beginning, we made sure to dress up our facilities, with welcome gifts, a display of Trixie catalogues from previous years and a presentation of the great team that makes up Grupo Trixder. During the presentation, we were able to show off our CDM (Pet Development Centre) through a video that showed our entire team in action.
The Showroom looked impeccable, specially prepared to surprise our visitors. The sales department explained the exclusive sales method that the Trixder Group uses, highlighting the importance of the Comprehensive Pet Health Guide. From the operational services department, on the other hand, a visit was made to our warehouse and the modern facilities that support our daily operations.
The first day was rounded off by an exceptional, carefully organised lunch with delicious paellas, which our guests enjoyed to the full. Before the end, we presented special gifts to Volker and Dirk as a token of our appreciation for their visit.
The day continued in the afternoon with a visit to two very representative shops in the Spanish market: Madagascar and Terra Viva. These shops gave our guests a clear view of the diversity of the Spanish market and reinforced the relevance of our Comprehensive Pet Health Guide in it.
The second day started with individual meetings between the sales teams from Germany, France, UK, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. After the meetings, we said goodbye to our CDM and sailed to the island of Tabarca, following the tradition of all TRIXIE meetings, to enjoy lunch there.
